You can receive almost anything that can be sent through the post or by courier, including fan mail, letters, cards, gifts, PR packages, product samples, press kits, business mail, contracts, documents, parcels, packages, merchandise and deliveries.

We can accept letters, parcels and packages, including deliveries that require a signature. We simply ask that items are not excessive in size or weight.

Whether it’s from fans, brands, agencies, partners or suppliers, we’ll receive it on your behalf and notify you when it arrives. You can then choose to have it forwarded, scanned, securely stored, or collected in person from our London office.

Please note that parcels and packages must not contain any items prohibited or restricted by Royal Mail or UK law.

You must ensure that when you share your CreatorBox address, anyone sending mail includes your name, stage name, creator name, brand name, or any other approved mailing name associated with your account. You must also let us know which names you intend to receive mail under so we can correctly identify and match incoming mail to your account.

As standard, our plans include up to two (2) mailing names. For example, this could be your real name and your creator name, your stage name and brand name, or any other combination of approved mailing names associated with your account.

If you wish to receive mail under more than two names, additional mailing names can be added for £4.99 per name, per month.

To add extra mailing names to your account, simply contact us.

We’ll handle your mail exactly as you’ve instructed us to. You can specify how you would like us to handle your post during the sign-up process. If you need to change these instructions at any point, just contact us.

Yes. You can collect your mail and packages in person from our UK office by appointment.

To ensure your items are ready and waiting for you, we require at least 24 hours’ notice before your visit. For security reasons, you’ll also need to bring valid photo ID so we can verify that mail is only released to the correct account holder.

As a CreatorBox client, you’re also welcome to use our private studio room during your visit to open fan mail, unbox PR packages and create content.

If visiting our office isn’t convenient, we can also forward your mail worldwide or arrange delivery to a local UK Post Office using the Poste Restante service. See details here.

If you’ve opted to have your mail forwarded, it will typically take 1-2 working days to be received from when it left our offices. International residents will normally receive post between 3-7 working days from when it left our offices. 

If you’ve opted for Scan + Email, we aim to do this within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of receiving it at our offices.

Unfortunately, no.

If you need an address for a UK Limited Company or Partnership, please sign up through this site instead, which provides registered office services and director service addresses for UK incorporated entities.

Note: Regulations prevent us from serving UK incorporated companies through the CreatorBox service.

As standard we’ll filter out any obvious junk mail. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to tell. However, you may register with the Mail Preference Service (MPS) which should help reduce/stop unsolicited mail. It’s free to register with the MPS here.

Yes. You can start using the address immediately upon signing-up, but before we can release any mail received to you, you’ll need to upload photo ID. We have to do a basic verification to meet our legal obligations. This is secure and we’ve made it quick and easy.  Find out more here.

If you no longer require our service and wish to cancel, please contact us. Your account will be terminated and mail returned to sender at the end of the current period.
